'When we started planning our wedding, I know that it had to be Kim that helped me and my girls get glammed up for the day. Her professionalism and work ethic were incredible - she even braved rocky mountain roads in the dark to arrive on time. From the night before, she had us prepped with clear instructions to ensure our skin and hair were ready for her the day of, and her working station was super organised which helped her work efficiently on the day with time constraints. Despite the early hours, she was warm, kind and friendly, making everyone feel so comfortable. What I really appreciated was her attentiveness and respect for each person's needs - sensitive skin, different hair types and personal makeup styles - ensuring everyone looked and felt like the best version of themselves.
